Job Description:

RR Manpower Management Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join
our team in Sanand. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year
of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• The position will be based in Sanand, Ahmedabad; however, the recruiter will be
  required to travel across India for campus placements and job fairs
• Connect with DDUs (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana Centers) and
  ITI/Diploma colleges for candidate sourcing.
• Participate in and attend job fairs, campus placements, and recruitment drives.
• Recruit blue-collar workers for specific client companies based on job role requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, and
  coordination for interviews.
• Maintain database of candidates and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per client needs.

Key Requirements:

• 0 to 2 year of experience in recruitment or manpower supply (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with field visits to colleges and job fairs.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Preferred local candidates from or near Sanand.
