Started with 2 clients and 60–70 contractual manpower.
Building the Foundation
Opened our first office in Kadi, added 6 clients with 250+ active manpower. Launched placement services and onboarded 8 clients.
Expanding Horizons
Opened a second office in Sanand, added 6 more clients with 500+ active manpower. Added 10+ clients in placement services.
Strengthening the Core
Established our head office in Kadi. Added 7+ clients with 1,200+ active manpower and 20 new placement clients.

Mayank Patel
Director
He has over 8 years of experience in Business Management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from S.M. Panchal Science College, affiliated with HNGU University. He is the Co-founder of RR Manpower Management Services and the Founder of our company, First Decacorn Private Limited. He currently serves as the Director, where he is responsible for overseeing Sales and Finance operations. His leadership plays a vital role in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic development.

As a passionate entrepreneur with an MBA in Marketing and over 5 years of experience, I currently head First Decacorn Pvt. Ltd. where I oversee operations, legal compliance, and the entire recruitment framework.
